The purchase agreement is concluded with Tradita Winery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can initially add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order.
The contract is concluded when you click on the button \u201cBuy now\u201d<\/strong> accept the offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to persons of legal age (18 years and older).

The timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to meet the deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consequences of revocation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments (except for the cost of returning the goods) without delay, and at the latest within 14 days.
As the buyer, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opened or partially consumed wine bottles are excluded from revocation, as they cannot be resold for hygienic reasons (Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The statutory liability for defects applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
