At TRADITA Winery, we combine the autochthonous nature of Kosovar grape varieties with innovative methods. For many generations, the Kastrati family has been cultivating vineyards in Rahovec with dedication. Our philosophy: respect for nature, respect for the region, respect for each individual vine.
Taste wine where it is born
Our grapes ripen in the Rahovec sun at an altitude of 350–500 meters. During a guided tour, we share our family history, demonstrate the work involved in the vineyard, and pour 4–6 wines—clear, distinctive, and full of character. Vineyards
TRADITA's vineyards stretch across the rolling hills of the Rahovec region in Kosovo, a wine-growing area with a tradition dating back thousands of years. Here, fertile shell limestone soil meets over 270 sunny days a year—ideal conditions that give our wine its distinctive character and intense aroma.
Each vine is tended with great dedication and respect. Our indigenous varieties, such as Prokupa and Vranac, thrive in this unique environment and reflect the terroir in every sip. From careful hand harvesting to meticulous selection, we guarantee the highest quality and genuine enjoyment that reflects the history and soul of our land.
