1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of
Tradita Winery, Ahornweg 5, 57392 Schmallenberg (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase agreement is concluded with Tradita Winery.
You can initially add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order.
The contract is concluded when you click on the button “Buy now” accept the offer.
3. Protection of minors
Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to persons of legal age (18 years and older).

4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros, including statutory value added tax.
We charge additional shipping costs, which are specified during the ordering process.
Shipping is only available within Germany.

5. Delivery
Delivery will be made by Hermes within 5 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated for the item.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are specified in the online shop (e.g., prepayment, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna).
7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following instructions.
Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel within 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tradita Winery, Ahornweg 5, 57392 Schmallenberg, email: traditawinery@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) informing us of your decision.
The timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments (except for the cost of returning the goods) without delay, and at the latest within 14 days.
As the buyer, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods..
Opened or partially consumed wine bottles are excluded from revocation, as they cannot be resold for hygienic reasons (Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).
9. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
10. Dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Place of jurisdiction
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Schmallenberg.
