Description

Quality wine made from the indigenous Prokupa grape variety. The Prokupa grape is considered one of the oldest varieties in the Balkans and dates back to ancient Illyrian times. It is therefore also called the „Illyrian grape“.

Prokupa produces fiery, southern-style red wines with a deep purple hue. The bouquet offers aromas of sour cherry, wild berries, and red currants. Fresh, spicy tannins and a fine acidity structure ensure excellent aging potential.

Pairs well with game dishes, lamb, dark meat and strong cheese.
